How Search Associates Works
Search Associates is a close professional partnership of fourteen individual consultants, known as Senior Associates. We work largely independently while adhering to a common set of professional and personal standards and offering a uniform range of services. All Senior Associates work with the same wide range of international schools worldwide - there is no geographical specialisation.
International schools register with Search Associates as a whole and not with a single branch. All the information that each school submits about itself and about the vacancies it has at any given time is made available to every Search Associates registered candidate via our schools online database and our daily update e-mail messages.
Every year, Search Associates organises several recruitment fairs in different countries around the world to help candidates and schools achieve their respective goals. Any registered candidate can request an invitation to attend any of our recruitment fairs - such requests should always go to a candidate's sponsoring associate in the first place - although acceptance is always at the discretion of the associate organising the fair.
All Senior Associates follow the same professional principles. In particular, we will never knowingly discriminate against any candidate on the grounds of gender, race, age or religion. However, we do try to give realistic advice - for example, some countries have age limits for work permits.
