Accommodation / Interview Rooms:
All recruiters need to stay at the Renaissance Dubai Hotel or book day interview rooms (directly with Ms Sheena Randhawa at the hotel) if they live locally.  Search Associates has arranged a reduced rate for Club Rooms and Suites.  The Suites are particularly suitable for recruiters as they have an interview room separate from the bedroom(s).

Either using the hotel's Search Associates Recruitment Fair Room Reservation form PDF

  2. If you have not already received an invitation to register online for the fair, e-mail David Cope to confirm your plans and request an invitation
Registration no later than 31 January 2010 is greatly preferred.  After that date recruiter places may well be limited.
  3. Arrange prompt payment of the fair registration fee due, within 15 days of your online registration for the fair, and preferably by direct bank transfer.
  4. Once your recruiter place has been confirmed, make your own recruiter room reservation(s) at the Renaissance Dubai Hotel as explained above.
  5. If you need a visa for Dubai and you would like the Renaissance Dubai Hotel to arrange it for you, please tick the "Visa Required - Yes" box on the room reservation form (if you use it) and Click Here to download the hotel's Visa Application form and a note on visa procedures.  See extra note on Visas below.
  6. Register your school's vacancies electronically and add information about your school and its hiring policies to the Search Associates schools database.  This will allow teachers to see that you will be interviewing at the Dubai Fair and will allow you password-protected access to the Search Associates candidate database to review teachers' details in advance of the fair (a free service to all schools attending at least one Search Associates recruitment fair).
Click Here to begin this electronic registration procedure.

Note:  You complete the electronic registration ONCE only for ALL Search Associates Fairs.  Thereafter we request that you update the information on your school's vacancies regularly.  You will have password-protected access to your own school's online information in the Search Associates schools database.
