• The essential two weekend days for candidates to attend are Friday 6 and Saturday 7 March, if at all possible.  Almost all interviews will take place on those two days.  Recruiters may if absolutely necessary be able to schedule a few interviews either on Thursday 5 March or Sunday 8 March for candidates who for any reason would find these dates more convenient.
• Candidates arriving on Friday 6 March should register at the SEARCH ASSOCIATES office in the Renaissance Dubai Hotel no later than 8.20 am.  Arrival on Thursday 5 March afternoon / evening is recommended.

Candidates are not required to stay at the Renaissance Dubai Hotel, and plenty of less expensive options are available in the same area (Deira) of the city.  Please contact David Cope if you need advice on alternative hotel accommodation nearby.  Early booking is advised.

Single candidates interested in the possibility of sharing a room at the Renaissance Dubai Hotel with another single candidate, in order to reduce costs, should contact David Cope as early as possible.

Bookings can be made in either of two ways:

Either using the hotel's Search Associates Recruitment Fair Candidates' Room Reservation form,

Or using the hotel's online booking procedure as follows:

1. Log on to www.dubairenaissance.com.
2. Go to "Check Rates & Availability" and enter the required arrival and departure dates.
3. Find the group code box and fill in the Search Associates group code,  sfasfaa  (for Deluxe rooms for candidates).
4. Click on "Find" - from here the candidate can make her/his own booking.

No travel agency intermediary, please;  the hotel's reduced room rates leave no room for agency commissions.

Please book early;  hotel bookings should be NO LATER THAN 5 FEBRUARY 2009 as rooms are being held only until this date.

2. Print out and read carefully the Dubai 2009 Fair Schedule and Conditions for Candidates pages.
3. If you are already registered with Search Associates through the British branch and have not yet received an invitation to register online for the fair, e-mail David Cope to confirm your plans and request an invitation.  If you are already registered with Search Associates through another associate and have not yet received an invitation to register online for the fair, e-mail your associate (with a copy to David Cope) to confirm your plans and request an invitation.
4. Once you have received confirmation of your candidate place at this fair from David Cope, book your own accommodation in Dubai (if necessary).
