General Recruitment Fair Information for CANDIDATES
Search Associates organises several recruitment fairs in different countries around the world every year. All candidates who register with Search Associates are encouraged to attend one or more of our recruitment fairs to improve their chances of placement.
British branch candidates interested in attending one or more of these fairs should always consult David Cope as early as possible about their plans.
The British branch is directly involved in the running of three Search Associates recruitment fairs, each of them held annually: London-February, Dubai (March) and London-May. At each of these three fairs you can expect between 50 and 100 schools to be recruiting and interviewing. All three fairs have been arranged over weekends so that candidates need to miss little or no school time.
These events bring together selected recruiters and candidates in a relaxed and friendly environment. They are organised in such a way that every candidate can have several interviews over the two or three days of the fair. Recruitment fairs also give candidates the opportunity to learn about a large number of international schools, and the countries they are in, direct from the representatives of these schools - and also from other candidates, many of whom have considerable international experience to share.
