Search Associates Services for Candidates
The following services are available to candidates who are registered with the British branch of Search Associates:
- On-going advice - Simply telephone, fax or (preferably) e-mail David Cope who will make every effort to reply promptly.
- Year-round placement opportunities - Unexpected vacancies can occur at any time of the year and Search Associates will actively seek to place available candidates in these positions.
- Daily communication of all new vacancies - Every day, all Search Associates registered candidates actively looking for a new job are e-mailed a full list of every new and amended vacancy that has appeared in the Search Associates Schools Database during the previous 24 hours.
- Worldwide placement opportunities.
- Recruitment Fairs - Search Associates has scheduled twelve Recruitment Fairs for the academic year 2008-2009. Two of them are in London, in February (exclusively for International Baccalaureate schools) and in May. One is in Dubai, in March, mainly for candidates already working in the Middle East, Africa or Asia who are looking for a move, and also for candidates in the UK or elsewhere who are particularly interested in working in the Middle East. The British branch organises the Dubai fair and the later London fair in May.
- Search Associates Candidate Database* - From the moment your registration is confirmed, following your completion of your online Search Associates application form and all the other registration requirements, your details will be added to our Candidate Database and will then be available to recruiters from Search Associates registered schools.
- Search Associates Schools Database** - Accessible to all Search Associates registered candidates, this online database contains entries posted by all Search Associates registered schools giving information about the schools, their hiring policies, their salary / benefits packages, and current vacancies.
- Search Associates Head searches and other senior management opportunities - Usually widely advertised and open to all appropriately qualified candidates, whether or not they are registered with a member of the Search Associates team.
